Last season, if you had told the Circle T-Birds that they would win six games and win their first playoff game in over 40 years, they would have believed you.

They knew it was possible, and the participants in the program knew about it. Only those who did not pay attention to what was being built in Towanda were surprised.

Under head coach Logan Clothier, the T-Birds won as many games last season as they had in the previous four seasons.

They haven’t been done yet.

That’s why, despite losing their two-year-old starting QB Luke McGinnis, the T-Birds are flying strong in 2022.

With the return of Cannon McCormack in running back and Ty Smith on the outside, the T-Birds have two home run threats in the skill positions and that will make Cooper Chadwell’s job much easier.

Lead us to your new QB at Circle. Well, not exactly new. He started a couple of games in place of an injured McGinnis. However, fast forward to this year and he is finally ready to take over the reins of this offense that is full of strong offensive linemen and talented tacklers.

Throw in Bonner Jeffries, a 6’1″ race car and 5-10 Dylan Fauses in a slot, and the T-Birds are ready to go. As explosive as their offense is, they are very passionate about their defense.

McCormack gained 20 pounds. muscle, according to the coaching staff, he is ready to put on a defense that was better than his stats would have you believe.

Adriou Tien and Tony Berryman lead a group of talented junior linemen for Circle. They will team up with Garrick Wright, 6-2, 235 pounds. A linesman who plays on both sides of the ball.

The schedule is favorable for Circle.ey playing Labette, who hasn’t had a win since 2017. They also got Abilene at home, who are on a 25-game losing streak heading into 2022. They will also go to Wellington. Another team that hasn’t seen a winning season in years.

Don’t tell Circle.ey about it. He knows what it’s like to be viewed. they don’t do it to anyone.

Playing Buhler in week 2 and then traveling on Mac in week 4.

A big game of rivalry against Augusta in Week 5 after the T-Birds moved to Augusta, winning 42-35 last season. Ty Smith was unconscious after catching four TDs in the game.
