Netflix released OS salea spin-off of a popular real estate show on a streaming platform Sale Sunset24 August. It featured a group of realtors working for The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County branch.
One of the real estate agents was Tyler Stanaland, who recently made headlines after revealing that co-star Kyle Cardona tried to kiss him. He explained that she was drunk and the incident did not occur during the filming of the show.
For those who don’t know, Tyler is the husband. Pitch perfect actress Brittany Snow, who is also widely known for her work in films such as 90 minutes as well as Hair spray.
Tyler remembers the moment Kayla tried to kiss him
Tyler Stanaland opened up about the kissing incident with Kayla Cardona on TV. Real life with Kate Casey podcast, which was released on August 24. He explained that nothing happened between them because he didn’t let Kayla kiss him.
Tyler recalled:
“One night Kayla really tried to kiss me. And then it happened the other night. And so on the show, out of respect for her, I’m just trying to keep it to a minimum and move on so there’s no drama. We can all focus on what we need to do.”
He continued:
“But this was where I had to set some hard lines and boundaries and rethink the social environment a bit. Nothing happened. It was just…something you don’t do to a married man, you know.
While Tyler admitted to walking away from the incident, OS sale fans have a lot to say about the drama. In one episode, Polly and Alex are shown getting mad at Kayla for trying to cross the line. Viewers believed that the two women were trying to make the incident because of them.

Kayla Cardona has yet to publicly comment on the kiss incident.

Tyler Stanaland is a fifth generation real estate agent and his family has lived in Laguna Beach for decades. Although he received his sales license at the age of 18, he did not immediately start his career in real estate.
Tyler became a professional surfer and traveled the world before switching to real estate. Since then, he has been at the top of his game. He is currently an agent for Jason and Brett Oppenheim’s real estate firm in Orange County.
Tyler is married to actress Brittany Snow, whom he met in 2018 through mutual friends. The lovers got engaged the following year and married in 2020 in Malibu.
Talking about his wife Real life with Kate Casey podcast, Tyler said:
“I don’t know about the future. But this particular season, you won’t see my house, you won’t see my wife. [on Selling the OC].”
He added:
“When this journey began, I kind of wanted to keep some parts of my life private. And over time, perhaps everything will change. on such a strange journey.”
Tyler is one of the actors OS sale Season 1. The rest of the cast includes Jason, Brett, Kayla, Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helow, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle and Sean Palmieri.
